Lindsay Koshgarian

Program Director - National Priorities Project

Lindsay is the Program Director of the National Priorities Project at the Institute for Policy Studies, where she leads research and analysis to empower people and movements to demilitarize the federal budget. Lindsay's work and commentary on the federal budget and military spending has appeared on NPR, the BBC, CNN, The Nation, U.S. News and World Report, and others. Prior to joining NPP, Lindsay led workforce development and affordable housing studies at the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute, and  got her start as a clinic worker and organizer at Planned Parenthood in central and suburban Philadelphia. She holds an MPP from UCLA and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
